Warranty

Here at Muxall we pride ourselves on customer service and believe in our hand crafted Muxall Pro BBQ Controllers. This is why we offer a three year warranty on all Muxall Pro BBQ Controllers. If we are unable to repair your Muxall Pro BBQ Controller, we will exchange it for a new Controller.

Muxall LLC warrants our controllers against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of (3) three years from the date of original purchase.

FAQ

Q: Why does my controller say "Cook Pause"?

A: Flame-On or Flame-Out detection has determined that the fire is out. This can be caused by leaving the lid open too long during a cook or during Ignite Fire.
