Pellet Hopper Vibrator – Assembled

Description

The Pellet Hopper Vibrator (PHV) is used to prevent tunnels, clogs, and sticking between the pellets and between the pellets and the hopper walls.

This 30 watt vibrator come completely assembled and ready to use with the Muxall Pro BBQ Controller or an OEM controller using a Y-Cable.

Assembly includes:
1. Installing Neodymium Magnets with washers and locknut.
2. Crimping and soldering the Molex connector pins then assembly into the connector.
3. Pulling both ends off of the vibrator and adjusting the eccentric blocks to 2.5%.
4. Bench testing.

NOTE – The Muxall Pro BBQ Controller MUST have the PHV upgrade kit installed to control the vibrator.
