Why won’t the web app load or only partially loads?
Usually when the web app won’t load it’s because of a bad wifi signal: weak signal or some other device(s) are interfering with it. If possible, try moving or turning the grill (or moving the external antenna), opening doors, or moving objects that are blocking the signal path to the wifi router from the controller.
Also, make sure no other devices are using the same IP address as the controller. To check that, turn off the controller and try doing a “ping” to the controller’s ip address. If you get a response, some other device is using the same IP address.
