True Kelvin 4 wire RTD meat probe for the Muxall Pro BBQ Controller. The laboratory spec, Class-A RTD, is made out of 304 food grade stainless steel and tested to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Custom made for the Muxall Pro BBQ Controller. There are no other controllers on the market that even come close to the Muxall Pro 0.1% accuracy.
